December 10 Lowes Build And Grow Lowes Train

Do your kids love Lowes Build and Grow clinics? Mine do! My husband is always to take them, being a man who always needs something or other from a home improvement store.

This Saturday, December 10 kids can make part two of the Lowes Train – the coal car.  Then next Saturday {December 10}, they’ll make the final part; the engine. Make sure you sign up and print off your registration; these clinics are very popular!

Full Swing. Without the Snow.

A snowstorm arrived in Michigan yesterday, but somehow magically flew right past Grand Rapids.  That never happens!

It seems like there should be snow, but maybe it’s good that there isn’t any.  There is a LOT to do.  So much, that I was getting a little nervous trying to figure out how I will fit it all in.  Snow would only slow me down.

Five Dollar Friday

I have no intention of bringing you every single event happening in Grand Rapids that you could do with your kids.  The reason I started Big Binder and my purpose all along has been to bring you Only Great Events.  Activities that expand your children’s sense of community, allow them to create, to grow their cultural understanding, and are accessible to everyone whether you have a ton of money, are a working parent, or choose to stay home with your kids and struggle along on one income.

Here are some highlights from the upcoming week that are all possible to enjoy at five dollars or less.  As a matter of fact, these all happen to be FREE!
