This Michigan Mom Monday post is soon becoming my favorite! I get to sit down and read tons of great posts and see all of the awesome blogging that is going on in Michigan. Every couple of days a new Michigan blogger pops up too. I LOVE IT!
This week, one thing Michigan bloggers are talking about, well, blogging.
- Green And Clean Mom has some A.W.E.S.O.M.E. news. She was hired by Shaklee to be their social media manager in blogging relations. This is huge news, Michigan Bloggers! One of our own just made it big.
- Mommy is In Timeout tells us why Blogging Ain’t Easy. And by tells, I mean raps. Via vlog. I witnessed the Karaoke “Ice Ice Baby” performance at Gleek Retreat it was fabulous. And on a boat, which for some reason made it 10,000 times funnier.
- Dutch Being Me lets us know what she does – and doesn’t – like in a blog.
There were lots of interesting thoughts and comments about wants vs. needs on this post by Kitchen Stewardship Does a Child Really Cost A Quarter Million Dollars?
And finally this week, there was a very nice, sneak-some-healthy into a treat recipe from Mom Colored Glasses for Black Bean Brownies.
Are you a Michigan blogger? Big or small; leave me a comment. I want to get to know you!

Thanks for the mention! I’m going to have to definitely check out these black bean brownies. And the Shaklee news – that’s amazing! How very exciting!
